COVID Update

The wellbeing of our staff and customers is of paramount importance to us at The Custom Sofa Centre. We fully adhere to the Government regulations, to help combat the spread of COVID. If a COVID lockdown is announced in your area, we will immediately implement our protocols to adhere to Government regulations.

Important update

due to Government regulations, all stores in NSW
will be closed until 30th July

Currently all our stores in NSW and QLD are open and fully adhering to government guidelines.

We are open for customer enquiries, but please check with the store before travelling.

Mask wearing is compulsory for both staff and customers.

QR code check-in is required and a reduced capacity of customers in store at any given time.

Deliveries and technician appointments will continue but with contactless procedures implemented to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.

We have implemented our COVID protocols in all showrooms:

Social Distancing

All staff and customers must wear face masks.

Social distancing requirements have been clearly marked out to remind all patrons to maintain a minimum safe distance between themselves and others.

We will limit customer numbers in store at any one time to ensure we comply to Government advisory on the minimum safe distance.

Housekeeping

Increased cleaning of all high contamination risk zones such as door handles and counter tops, door handles and card payment machines.

Try to maintain social distancing in store.
